Victor Topaller

Victor Topaller is a famous Russian-speaking American-Israeli journalist who died in 2018. His new book "Passions for Emigration" is now being published, which will contain all his best articles, stories, etc. Interestingly, he wrote the last article in the book in 2014, called MONOMAHA'S HAT, where he predicts war in Ukraine and blames the West for his inaction against Putin.
